Newly Remodeled Ambiance and Atmosphere

Experience nightlife in the city that never sleeps at one of its iconic lounges. Newly remodeled in July 2009 by Philadelphia-based SLDesign with a vibrant and energetic ambiance, Rande Gerber's New York hotspot Whiskey Blue is a modern take on Gotham city's swanky cocktail lounge. Slip into a snakeskin-leather booth. Sip an extensive collection of cocktails and soak up the scene.

The redesign of the 2,500 square foot space includes navy snakeskin-leather club chairs, vibrant blue couches and black patent leather winged-back chairs that stand out against the chocolate leather sofas and diamond-tufted leather banquettes traditionally found in these vintage clubs.  An eclectic mix of photographs from the worlds of fashion and music hang on an electric blue wall, while fashionable accents, including zebra striped fabrics, faux lizard skin textures and stacked acrylic light fixtures, punctuate the design, adding a dynamic energy to this iconic bar.

Whiskey Blue's 35-foot long mahogany bar includes beautiful leather panels and a backlit alabaster bar, serving as the room's focal point.  Guests can choose from one of the most complete selections of Whiskey including Single malt Scotches representing all 4 regions and several hard to find vintages, an extensive selection of Bourbons featuring small batch, single barrel, and Barrel proof choices, as well as serving over 40 varieties of Tequila including several Extra Anejo's and Riserva's, as well as a menu of perfectly crafted signature cocktails such as a Ginger Mojito, Grapefruit Basil Martini or Absinthe Minded Refresher.  High top tables extend the bar experience, while the groups of casual lounge seating are perfect for a flirty date or for unwinding with large groups of friends.
